I wonder how many people out there with fat loss as a goal for themselves or their kids eat bagels, breads, juices, jellies, cereal, waffles, pop tarts or English muffins and expect any type of progress with their goals.

I can promise you that it will not happen if this is how you are starting your day or your child’s day or if you include these foods in your daily intake at all. But on a more hopeful note, if you are trying to become a Sumo wrestler, or plumping up for a role in a TV series or movie or you have a contest with your cardiologist as to see who can get fatter faster, then by all means eat this list away: goal attained.
